PREVENT INJURIES IN FUTSAL

Futsal, sports indoor soccer, is increasingly popular in major cities of Indonesia. The sport allows a narrow area of the land provides facilities similar to lawn football. Futsal is a solution for large cities which limited the area open. Even futsal has competed internationally recently.
Playing futsal really exciting, everyone can follow it just by renting a futsal field that is now widely available, one of which, in Jakarta. No need to be an expert first to follow this sport, even widely used for the socialization alone But after futsal is a sport that needs proper treatment, especially in implementation. Because one-one wants to be healthy, instead allowing the disease. It is important to note from the costumes (especially shoes) and heating, and cooling game.
Injuries on futsal is very very dangerous for futsal player. if the player can't make warming up before the match, surely the player make a injury.
 Injuries that may occur
For futsal players who are just starting, often injured because of a lack of heating. One is the medical term "plantar fascitis". Plantar fascitis is swelling with pain due to a small tear in the plantar fascia muscle that occurs due to overuse or repetitive pull of the plantar fascia. This condition causes pain under the heel of the back near the heel. This is caused by repetitive motions that cause a sudden strain. Besides the lack of heating also caused a run on the pitch as hard as futsal field.
The second injury that may occur is "tendenitis Achiles". Perceived symptom is pain in the tendon that runs from the calf muscle to the heel, especially in the morning. Achiles tendinitis caused by overuse in the leg muscles, a hard court surface, proper shoes that do not (too narrow), has been long out of physical exercise and rheumatic diseases.
The third injury is a "strain" or "pegel-pegel". Ranging from mild to severe. This injury is caused due to exercise / excessive movement in a particular muscle.
In futsal same as in the sport of soccer, often when the players were kicking the ball, opposing players would also like to kick the ball so that the leg movements that have been measured can be more than expected because of the impact that can cause foot opponent whose name overstreching. Also because of the slippery field can lead to overstretching (less stretch) due to slip.
A rather severe injury is the "ankle sprains", these injuries can happen because "tekelan" of the opponent or when players want to kick the ball but not raise his feet so that the outside of your foot ground floor grind. Layman often call this injury as "pain ankle". Symptoms can be mild or severe, ranging from pain while walking up to the swelling. Handling injuries with medical rehabilitation

Handling injuries with a medical rehabilitation is divided based on the development of injury:

  1. Acute stage, the swelling and pain caused by swelling. Aiming to overcome the swelling, edema of the immobilization (not moving), ice packs, medicine and other modalities of therapy. Motion exercises can begin a limited and cautious.
  2. Sub-acute stage, swelling is reduced. Pain due to stretching of connective tissue. Aiming to reduce adhesions and contractures that is by active motion exercises slowly, gradually increasing intensity.
  3.  Chronic stage, inflammation / swelling disappear. Pain not due to the strain of connective tissue. Aiming for the recovery of function that is by stretching exercises, muscle strengthening and exercises the functions of motion gradually.
Heating and cooling is just as important to the game. To avoid injury to the muscle for futsal players is important to warm up, stretching before the game and also cooling after heating the game, especially on the foot before doing weight training can help prevent injury. Slight movements during the 3-1minute will warm up the muscles so the muscles more pliable and resistant to injury.

Cooling is reduced gradually before exercise training is stopped. For example with a jog. Cooling to prevent the occurrence of headache by keeping the blood flow. If weight training is stopped suddenly, the blood will collect in the leg veins and for a while causing reduced blood flow to the head. Cooling down also helps remove waste products (eg lactic acid from muscle), but the cooling does not seem to prevent sore muscles the next day, which is caused by damage to muscle fibers.
Stretching exercises do not seem to prevent injury, but it serves to lengthen the muscles so the muscles can contract more effectively and work better. To avoid muscle damage due to stretching, stretching should be done after warming up or after exercise, and every movement stretches held for 10 counts.
if do you want like this.......
to prevent this:

Directly compress with ice and do not be heated, for joint injuries
The injury must be cleared away so as not swollen
The person should rest, do not run out of injury and felt it was good he’ll play again because the injury could get worse
If you sit or sleep, leg position should be higher and do not put it down because then the added pain and swelling.
“If the injury was within 2-3 days the condition does not improve or it gets worse, you should immediately consult with an orthopedic doctor because it’s basics,” said Dr. Andre.
If the injury is the result of breaking the ligaments that normally can be replaced using the patient’s own veins. This technique is called a Double Bundle Arthroscopic ACL Reconstructiondan and the results are good.
Moreover one should also look at what sports is worth it, if the person is obese should not do high impact sports (football, basketball, badminton) are low but do like swimming and cycling.

FUTSAL SHOES

In this post, i'm tell you about Futsal Shoes with its history.
When you are playing indoor soccer/futsal, there are factors that you need to be concerned with that are different from when you play soccer outdoors. When you are indoors, you need more traction, and it is important to have a more flexible shoe. Indoor soccer shoes provide both comfort and function for individuals who play soccer competitively or just for fun.

  1. History

    • The Adidas Samba was produced in 1950 and became a popular indoor soccer shoe because of its design and the traction it provided. When you have the proper shoe, you reduce your risk of injury, which is more common and can be more severe--especially to your joints--in an indoor soccer arena.

    Function

    • There are two types of indoor soccer shoes. If you are playing on an artificial turf, you will want a pair of turf indoor soccer shoes. These have patterns built into the soles to prevent you from slipping. When playing soccer on artificial turf, it's easier to slide and fall, since the turf is created from man-made plastic-like materials. There are plain indoor soccer shoes that have a hard, flat rubber sole, which is designed to support your feet on a gym floor. The inside and outside of all indoor soccer shoes are flexible yet stabilizing.

    Features

    • Indoor soccer shoes are lightweight and don't have cleats. The sole is rubber and also padded inside to provide proper arch support. The rest of the shoe is often made of leather, since this material forms to the foot while also enabling movement. Most soccer shoes have the same upper (top of the shoe) and midsole (inside of the shoe), so when you are looking for an indoor soccer shoe, pay attention to the outsole (bottom of the shoe).

    Benefits

    • Wearing indoor soccer shoes on an artificial turf enables you to show off your skills and keep you balanced, because they are more low-cut and flat-surfaced than regular gym shoes. When you can't manipulate your foot the way you want in order to kick, dribble or pass the ball, you are not able to play at your best level.

    Considerations

    • Indoor soccer shoes are expensive, because they are high-quality shoes produced for a specific purpose. However, many sporting goods stores do provide sales, and you can always look for used shoes at thrift or secondhand stores. If you do end up having to buy a new pair, they can be worn on a day-to-day basis, so you can get the most out of your purchase.
HOW TO USE FUTSAL SOCCER OR INDOOR SOCCER SHOES
In the sport of soccer, participants use three different types of cleats depending on where the game is being played. The different cleats range from indoor, outdoor and turf cleats. Indoor soccer shoes do not use spiked cleats, while outdoor and turf soccer shoes both use spiked cleats to get better traction. Indoor soccer shoes are designed solely for playing soccer indoors in gyms and other facilities. The shoes are very low cut and their surface is only a little bit harder than a regular tennis shoe.
    • 1
Certify that your soccer shoes are designed solely for indoor use before using them on an indoor field. You can check this by inspecting the bottoms of the shoes. Indoor soccer shoes do not have cleats; instead, they have treads like regular tennis shoes.
    • 2
Make sure your indoor soccer shoes fit snugly on your feet. You want the shoes to be tighter than normal shoes so they begin to mold to the shape of your foot over time and allow maximum control when handling the soccer ball.
    • 3
Do not use regular tennis shoes instead of indoor soccer shoes. Even though the two are similar, indoor soccer shoes are designed with a harder surface to protect your feet from being stepped on during play.
    • 4
Wear your indoor soccer shoes like you would any other shoes. Put your feet inside them and tighten the laces.

After the mediation of the Higher Sports Council , both parties reached an agreement to create a league championship, which would bring together teams of both parties. The tournament would consist of a Division of Honour, with four groups of 12 teams each, and a First National meet over 100 courses throughout Spain , a figure that would decrease appreciably over the years. The creation of the National Indoor Football League was approved on August 28 of 1989 , and his first day was played on September 30 of that year under, the CSD and RFEF. The first president of the league was Aurelio Gómez Araujo

Early years

Because of the strong momentum that futsal was the decade of 1980 , the championship was supported by the public and the support of Spanish Television , who signed an agreement with the LNFS to broadcast a minimum of 9 championship matches, including final . The league system was similar to other competitions of the time as the ACB , as there were different phases distributed according to the position reached in the league, up to a playoff for the title that the club would win. The first team that won the League was the Futsal Interviú , Interviú then known as Lloyd's, who beat Keralite Macer FS of Almazora . The Madrid team also took the Cup title .
As it was reducing the number of these clubs in the league, increasing the sponsors interested in sponsoring the various equipment such as Caja Toledo to Toledo Box Futsal ) or ElPozo to stand in Murcia . They also begin to receive the first international stars like Brazilian Paulo Roberto , and even speculates that the Argentine star, Diego Armando Maradona , could play in Murcia, which was unsuccessful. On the other hand, the newly created Antena 3 passes per day to issue a meeting every weekend.
The LNFS the cluster remained for several years. With the development of the League, the Spanish national football classification achieved certification to the different world competitions and sports got settled in the country. During this first period dominated clubs like the Box Toledo FS , Sun Maspalomas Europe , Paintings Lepanto Zaragoza and Torrejón Marsanz among other groups.

Consolidation of the championship

In 1994 the RFEF championship passes control to a newly created National Futsal Committee , under the Federation. From 1995 is installed to create a regular league with all teams (20 in total) more playoff replacing the cluster and apply the rules of FIFA with a new larger diameter balloon. In turn, the lower divisions that are part of the LNFS are rearranged, so that the First National is composed of nine groups, with one specific to the Canary Islands .
In 1996 Spain organized by the European football, and the national team becomes the champion of the Old Continent after beating Russia 5-3. The combination consisted of players like Vicentín , Xavier Limones , Duck and a nationalized Paulo Roberto and others. A year after the World Cup being held in Barcelona and Spain reaches the final, losing to Brazil .
During the following dates establishing new rules to bring the football on television, such as installation of a blue run at the meetings televised on La 2 of TVE. In turn, there is a generational change and many clubs that dominated the championship in his first years as Toledo (transferred to Talavera ) or Maspalomas eventually disappear. Instead, other clubs are strong as the Playas de Castellón or Caja Segovia . In the case of Segovia team, won twice in 2000 and later became the first Spanish winner of the Intercontinental Futsal Cup . In those years, LNFS adopted the slogan "The best league in the world."
Over time several teams suffered economic problems, even to abandon the professional competition or disappear due to the withdrawal of the sponsors, the decline in attendance at the pavilions, and lack of support from some media. Further, the League suffered a serious institutional and economic crisis, with different relays in his direction. In 2009 there is a relay inside that body, with the advent to the presidency of the league's former coach Javier Lozano , has managed to correct the situation and attractive championship to the fans.
